About Me I have lived in Gordon County all my life and know the area well. I love real estate and helping families find new homes. I remember back years ago when my husband and I were a young couple starting out looking at homes. The excitement of finding that perfect home to suite our needs and the joys of being a first time home owner. I love to assist people in finding that home that meets their family's needs and see the sparkle in their eye when they find that perfect home. Then there are the people who have lived in their starter home for a few years and are looking for a change. How exciting it is to sell your starter home and move into that dream home that at one time may of seemed out of reach. Then we have the people who move into the area that have transfered here for various reasons. I will give you a market analysis of your property to show you what has sold in and around your area that is comparable to your home, and help you price your home to sell. I bring the agents from the Coldwell Banker office to preview your home once it's listed. I will set up Realtor open house luncheons and public open houses upon request. I will place signs in both English and Spanish in your yard and provide a information box with flyers promoting your property. I will advertise your home in the Gordon Real Estate Guide and the Calhoun Times Newspaper. I will assist you in staging your house to sell and give you tips on decluttering and getting your home prepared to put on the market. I will advertise your home on the FMLS system and place a secure FMLS lockbox on your home. I will set up appointments and inform you after your home has been shown any and all feedback rather it be negative or positive. If any feedback is negative I will assist you in making changes to help make your home more marketable and desirable. With the abundance of homes for sale in our area, having your home prepared to view and making it easy to show is a must.
